• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

BRP Comfort Seats?

Anyone have the BRP Comfort seats? Or the heated BRP Comfort seats? I'm thinking about putting it on a RT.

How do these seats compare to the Ultimate seats or Corbin seats?

Thank you.

Had 1 on my 12 rts & it made a noticeable difference over stock but since I got my 15 I'm happy with stock especially since I have floorboards. You do get what you pay for in the seats just depends on how much you want to spend

I have them on both my RT's. Have also used Corbin. The Corbin is a harder seat. People either like them or not.

The Comfort seat sets you back about two inches from the OEM position. The newer ones have a higher back than before. The newer ones also come ready to install the BRP backrest. There is a removable plug to get at the guts. A Utopia seat back will also work in the Comfort seat.

Cost is less than other aftermarket seats. $649.99 for the non-heated version.

I can ride all day on the Comfort seat. The OEM was giving me bottom pain after about 50 miles.

Comfort seats

We have the heated comfort seat and it is ok (better than ok in the winter :D ) my wife doesn't like it because she has less room and it is not as comfortable as our Valkyrie Interstate. We have been using it since last August and only have 5500 miles on the bike, so only minimal experience. not sure if I would get the comfort seat by itself but the heated option definitely works and we used it all the time in the fall & winter.

Does the BRP heated comfort seat sit you back two inches too? I hope so.

I have a BRP heated comfort seat with a fitted sheepskin seat cover by "The Sheepskin Factory in Denver CO.

I love it all!
