There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

BRP adjustable air deflectors ?

Orange Spyder Man

I am thinking about getting the BRP clear adjustable air deflectors to increase air movement for the driver... I was wondering, do you have to remove body panels to install them ?
forgot to state... after looking at the Baker Air Wings... which I personally don't care for the looks ... is why I am looking at the BRP's

Installation is easy peasy, but I personally would urge you to rethink not getting the Baker versus the BRP. I have the BRP and I think they are worthless. I don't have the Baker, but from all the posts of people that have, the Baker are effective. Yes yes yes. I admit that they aren't the most attractive things in the world, however, they are EFFECTIVE.

The BRPs just don't do very much (they make only a small difference). I have them so I use them, but I wouldn't buy them again. I do agree about the aesthetics of the Bakers. My vented windshield does make a very big difference on my RT. If you want to cool down, I'd start there, and consider the shorter windshield (I would have preferred that option, but the taller one would have been fine if I were taller).

I respectfully disagree,

I think the BRP adjustable wings are great, they work very well and are easy to use while riding and don't interfere with the Spyder cover. ;)

MY .02 cents worth :yikes:

(I think they look better also.)

Makes me think that this is the kind of farkle best tested before purchase. I am glad that you've found them more useful than I have.

I had them on my 2013 And now on my 2014 and really do like them, but if the OP has an opportunity to try them out first he should do that.

I agree that a vented windshield is good for cool air.

Check out this thread if you haven't already. http://www.spyderlovers.com/forums/showthread.php?73889-Baker-Air-Wings-for-RT&p=889915#post889915
IMO the BRP adjustable deflectors are good, but work best in conjunction with the Baker Built Air Wings.
