There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Purchased hitch for my 2016 rt, came with harness. not sure where to plug in. 20170405_232130.jpg

ive watched videos but it shows harness that attaches to battery. it is a flat 4 which will work with my time out camper.

thanks.

the black connectors go behind the left tail light and plug into the left turn signal..I didn't know BRP had a flat 4 connector for a trailer??

Mine is a black square connector

Raise seat remove black panel next to left passenger hand hold you will find a connector like that one unplug it and plug your's in line then route trailer plug out the back.
Put the trailer module in with the plug and replace the cover.

Trailer wiring harness

This looks like the harness Pierre supplies with his RT hitch. I just installed one. The only thing I can add is that I used a flat blade screwdriver to open the connector that is on the bike's wiring harness near the battery. Get that connector apart and then plug the connectors on the trailer harness into the connectors on the bike harness. They will only fit one way, so no problem with crossing any wires. Good luck.

Who is the aftermarket supplier/maker of that harness?

Could you take a picture of the module? I am curious of the brand and type it is.
