• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

My new ST Limited came home today. The first 10 miles were a learning experience. Nothing like a motorcycle. Then I remembered all I had read here, and relaxed my grip. She did great. Still got a lot to learn, but it is great to be on a bike again. Found myself downshifting instead of waiting for the SE5 to do it for me. It was cold on the ride home from the dealer, so I wore a full face helmet. Didn't like it. Too much vision lost. Much better without a helmet, or half helmet. The full face cut my vision from the two front wheels. Gotta get use to this from the two wheeler. Great ride though! Glad to be riding again. The SE5 works great with my cutoff fingers. Will recommend the spyder to anyone. Thanks for all the learning I got from you, before I bought. Will post pictures, oncevI learn how on this forum.

We had 10 minutes of instruction and rode into Redding CA on I-5. About scared me to death but was a very short distance. After going to 3 places in town (we couldn't figure out how to start our Spyders at any of them for a few minutes)- we left to ride into the mountains on very very very very curvy 299 into the mountains for 72 miles to stay with friends. Needless to say, we moved off the road several times to let autos/trucks go by. After another day and 36 miles we figured out how to steer better. This website has helped a lot. Now we have 3100 miles on each of them and are leaving in a week for southern CA, AZ,TX on our way to Spyder Fest. Hope to see you there. I am excited for you...Love our Spyders.
