• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Break Light Problems

I have a new 2014 Spyder RTS and my husband tells me that while we are riding, he has noticed that my break light is staying on. If I try to pull up on the break the light will not go off but if I tap the break it will turn off. Any suggestions what I should do? I have owned it for 45 days and have 1500 miles on it.

Could be some road crud gumming up things on the underside of the Spyder. Suggest you run it to the dealer as it should be repaired under warranty.

:agree: Try cleaning it first, and then let the dealer take a run at it...
Good Luck; please let us know what does the trick!

Depends..!

Ryding with your foot resting on the brake will cause the light to go on but if you do it long enough you will get brake failure warnings. The brake switch is likely the problem cleaning and or adjusting it will solve it (seems to be sticking). If not your thing then as mentioned above run by your dealer for a check...
