I didn't even ask. I just walked in and ordered coffee like I usually do.

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.
Boy this is depressing.............................

Steve, I take that discount wherever I can get it. Veteran's discount too. Unfortunately, I could not get a discount on my hip replacements or my shoulder surgery yesterday. When I asked, the admitting person looked at me like I had three heads.

Feeling pretty good, a little sore, no big pain yet, and using both hands -the left somewhat limited- to type. Hope to start PT in 3 weeks. Tomorrow I get to shower, and boy am I looking forward to that!!

I know it can be depressing, but you can always look at it this way, you could have paid .44 more. I always check for senior/military discounts, every little bit helps. Dale

I don't get a senior discount unless I ask. They card me if I go to the liquor store or order a drink while out. Over 70 now. :dontknow:

Occasionally some foolish waitron asks if I want the senior discount. I feign all sorts of hurt and embarrassment and finally offense to make it feel really bad. Then I say, "Of course."
Of course, I leave a good tip.
