• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Bob you are barred from replying to this thread!
A group of us were talking about post numbers and Bobs huge numbers, then it dawned on Reggy that Bob must have an auto reply on his SL account.:roflblack: if he replies to this then we know its true.

Well..!!

As of now 6/13/2013, 9:11p. m. Pacific 23,116 posts...but it changes by the sec..average is over 23 posts a day...busy busy..!! :roflblack:

Hey, it's obvious.......

Bob may be employed but it's self-employed. He can reply as long as his wife isn't checking up on him. Also, it gives him a thrill to challenge all the other SpyderLovers to beat his # of replies. Bob deserves the kudos he gets for persevering and responding to all our comments.

I'm being...

Yeah... I'm staring out the window... I'ts not raining... AND MY BIKE IS AT THE SHOP!
I'm REALLY wishing that I could have worked-out the details for a trip down there to visit with you guys!

Oh! Is Reggy around down there? A buddy of mine from "another place" :opps:, has been trying to contact him without success...
I told him that I guessed that he'd be in Maggie Valley...
Just checking! ;)

I know there is a lot of joking about Bob's propensity to post.

His good natured and funny replies add so much to this forum.

After talking to Bob at Spyderfest I can tell you he is a real philosopher.
and that might not be apparent from his posts but it is true.

He told me, I hope not in confidence because I'm about to divulge it here ...
anyway we were at Micky Dees having lunch and he leaned over the table and said "I think it's important when someone has something to say they know they are being heard. That's my job, I want them to know that someone heard what they said."

Thanks Bob.

I've met Bob and agree with what is bolded. However, I didn't realize he was such a food aficionado. Micky Dees. :dontknow:

I wish...

I appreciate the fact that I know, if I post a question or just need to vent and/or stir up trouble, Bob will always be one my first responders.

Bob is the reason this forum is so great!:bowdown::bowdown:

Just my humble opinion. ;)

You missed my hidden meaning, (child) chopstick man.

That's why I live here; I'd starve t death if I had to stab at all of my food with two not-so-pointy sticks at each meal...
Give me a carving knife, a tablespoon and a serving fork and I'm good to go!

Reggy is down here, and at the moment he is hunting down an electrics issue, his bike is in bits. I hope he gets it figured out and we can ride together today.
