• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I wish I had known about MC Dave when I bought my 17RTL. BRP also uses the SM10 but they want a lot more than Dave does. They also want to install the SM10 in the front trunk while Dave prefers the back. The dealer did do me a favor and install for free as I bought it from them, but the FRUNK location didn't work for me. There is so much electronics between the Frunk and my head that the transmission was intermittent (losing at least 10 seconds of music [or whatever I was listening to] every minute). I bought the bullet and bought the cable from Dave ala cart (the BRP cable is so intertwined with everything up front that it was worth it to me not to have to mess with it). Following Dave's instructions for putting the device in the rear trunk was so easy even I could do it.

Highly recommend.
