• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hope I am correct I'm my thinking. If I am using Sena BT to my Garmin 590 the only part of the 590 wiring harness I need is the power cord? Please chime in.

I have Sena 20s and it syncs to the Garmin 590 without anything more. I almost purchased the Can Am Bluetooth dongle but am very glad I didn't.
My phone syncs with the Garmin, and then with the Sena without any additional dongles.
By having the phone sync with the Garmin I can use Pandora or any of the other music you can play through your phone.

Your 590 has an MP3 function so you can download music to it and listen through your Sena. I added a micro SD card exclusively for music. I added the Sena SM10 dongle because I like to listen to several local radio stations through my headset

Hi Dave here, you only need the dongle and cable
for the audio system if you want to convert your
factory radio to Bluetooth, so you can listen to it
in your helmet using your bluetooth head sets.
Your SENA or other brands should be able to pair
with your smart phone or pad so you can listen to
iHeart radio, Pandora or podcasts.
