• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Ok...I apologize in advance for being a noob and posting the following in the wrong forum initially. I did a search and couldn't find much info....

Is there any get together in Daytona this weekend for Biketoberfest? Not sure what the accommodations look like in the area since they took a hit from the hurricane. We're planning on heading over Friday morning for the day and then heading to Orlando for the AIMExpo on Saturday. Anyone have a recommendation on where to stay between Daytona and Orlando? Looking for a reasonable place with good parking for the bikes. Also, does anyone know where to find a listing of the vendors and their planned set up sites?
Thanks!!

The best source of information I've found was on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Biketoberfest/
They are posting updates daily on conditions and event details.

There are several hotels at the beach with damage but plenty that are operational. Unfortunately I have never stayed over there so won't be of much help. Best bet would be to search online and call before booking.

Here is some info on vendors at the track: http://www.daytonainternationalspeedway.com/Articles/2016/10/Fall-Cycle-Scene-Activities.aspx
