• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Biker Friendly Bed & Breakfasts

I'm starting this thread to have you list the Biker Friendly B & B places you've stayed at, and a quick review of it. Chain hotels are some people's first choice, but B & Bs offer some very unique and relaxing experiences for riders to stay, all over the world. And I thought this might be a good place to obtain feedback.

We took a ride to Deals Gap to run the Dragon (have done that MANY times), then the Cherohala Skyway, then to Helen, GA, then rode the Ocooee River road on our way home. The first two nights, we stayed at the Buffalo Creek Bed and Breakfast in Robbinsville, NC. The hosts are biker friendly and would like to have riders as their primary guests (during the riding seasons).

It is VERY clean, very relaxing, very secluded, and served an AWESOME breakfast. Our hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome, give us ideas on relaxing activites in the area, and for a B & B... they were not expensive.

B & Bs are something well worth considering, when you want a restful night and a relaxed atmosphere, versus doors slaming in the middle of the night, and screaming children or drunks wandering the halls.

So list the places you have stayed and what you thought of your stay. Rob and Robin Mason get a   from us. BCB&B is on our list of places to return to.

Best B&B Finger Lakes region, NY

If you enjoy the Finger lakes, wineries and racing, the best B&B is Sunset on Seneca in Watkins Glen, NY. Frank & Donna Davis have welcomed motorcyclists for many years - and the location is amazing.
