There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. You got to give us some more information on the bike, mileage, what rpms it's running before and after you put it in gear, what have you done to the bike since you have owned it.... Things like have you replaced the two little hoses on your throttle body that crack; taken your evap can off; changed your plug wires and plugs; or run a can of carb cleaner thru the system lately? Help us help you!!

I haven't done any of those things before it started changed plugs since hoping it would help 39.000 miles bike idles around 1350 and 1400 regardless of gear thanks

The idle speed seems high…like the engine is trying to overcompensate for a computer error.
Since you changed plugs (and I’m assuming that you checked the air filter), my next guess would be O2 sensor going bad. After that, maybe plug wires.

Does the shaking and shuddering go away when the engine is revved in neutral as well as gears? If yes, then check your plug wires for arcing and sparking. Park your Spyder in a shady place, take off the front Tupperware so you can see the plugs and wires. Turn on the engine. If you see fireworks going off inside, the wires are bad.... Replace them with BajaRon's plugs and wires...... Been there, done that.

If you did not change plug wires when you changed plugs then your plug wires are probably bad. The VTwin plug wires are notoriously fragile and the factory ones should be replaced at plug change. See Baja Ron.

I would be inspecting your vacuum lines. High idle usually means a vacuum leak and the lines on your model are prone to hardening and cracking... BR should have replacements as well....

And by any chance are you smelling gas fumes when it parked in closed places? maybe time to rip the charcoal canister out of it. And one more vote for those wires, they should go together with dielectric grease.
