Okay, I admitted I was wrong in my previous post. I was thinking about this when you mentioned tie rod. I didn't look up what BRPs tie rod was and I didn't read your description of what your issue was close enough.
It is not you needing to admit being incorrect. I am sorry if I gave that impression. I was typing my response to your original post as it seemed you had been posting yours and it was not on my screen at the time. I too thought of the original Tie Rod when ordering the part. I struggled with it as well.
My issue is more and more veterans on this forum seem to be jumping to conclusions, or are stubborn and decide to just disagree with many newer members posts.
Speaking from personal experience here... Just like when I posted about the DPS and how much better my Spyder was and the changes it brought... Nooooo I had to be wrong. Then low and behold when others got the new DPS THEY felt very similar results and all of the sudden they are right. Same darn thing with the 2011 shocks on the RT vs. the 2010... "No way they can have a profound effect on the RT.. They are just shocks" says the handful of veterans.
Yep... No way another human being can have an opinion or be accurate. Only the select few veterans can be...
That is frustrating. Especially when may of the veteran members are very knowledgeable and we need to learn from them. But this blatant blah blah crap before verifying the legitimacy of another members post is not helping the community.
