• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Bike Barn vs Cycle Shelter, etc

anyone have fact, opinion, or experience with Bike Barn vs Cycle Shelter vs another "portable" Spyder Shelter to set up near a home for storing a RT ??? cheap like $500-1000 max

I'm leaning towards a Bike Barn. I saw them at a show and they looked real nice and for around $500 it fits my price point. They are easy to use too.

BIKE BARN

I just setup a bike barn this fall. I don't have a garage to store the spyder.
I made a base out of 2x4's and deck boards to keep the spyder off of the ground.
When it snows I clean the snow off of the bike barn. I also purchased the Bike Barn Heater to help keep the dampness away from the spyder.
So far all is working OK.
The Bike Barn is easy to setup . I would build a base for it and use the Bike Barn floor as it is cheap and flimsy plastic tiles that snap together to form a floor.
You also have to big plate s that need to be bolted down to help secure the bike barn so that it does not blow away in a strong wind. Her is another post on bike barn
