BEST insurance question

I bought my Spyder 3 months ago-it is better than I could have imagined- and also bought extended insurance coverage,BEST, but never received a card, policy,or anything showing I actually have the extended coverage,What are other people's experiences? Is this standard operating procedure?

Not for sure but I would guess that if and when you need to take the Spyder into the dealer for repairs they will use the VIN number to determine coverage..

BEST I'd card

We bought our BEST extended warranty from Bryce at Berts Mega Mall. It took about 6 weeks before we received our warranty card from BRP.

I received my BEST paperwork in under three weeks. Call your dealer.

Follow up with your dealer. If the dealer fails to properly register your warranty, your BEST will also fail to be registered. This isn't uncommon. You should receive a card within a few weeks of warranty registration.

It took about 6 weeks to get mine; had to use the towing a couple weeks after getting it, and it took them a bit to find me in the system after I called my dealer and got the register number. Once they did it didn't take long to get a tow truck out to my house.
