Best device for real time tracking long distance.

I am trying to find a GPS type device that I can attach, carry, or mount on the Spyder so that my friend and family can keep track of where I am while I am on the road. I have used a passive tracker before and it worked good, but I had to wait each night till I stopped to up load the information. I would like something that was uploading my whereabouts in real time. Crumbs or track I think they call it, that shows a over head real time satellite view of that spot. Any suggestions would be most appreciated. I would also like to know what kind of video camera's like to use for your video's while ryding. GoPro, Couture, or what ever you like. I have a gopro hero 2, but I have a time using it. Yes there are but I have yet to find a good one. Life360 is sorta okay but I'm still looking for a better one that doesn't stop tracking that person for whatever reason.

We use iPhones with ATT service. There is an app called "Find my iPhone". Whenever we need to locate a misplaced phone, or locate an employee, we simply click the app, enter our password, and it shows on a map, the location of each phone on our account. It will also locate your iPads. A great app to have should you lose, "misplace", or have a unit stolen. It works not only from your iPhone, but also from your home computer.

You can also use the "Find a Friend" app on the iPhone, which is also made by Apple. You request via email and if that person accepts, you can track him with the app. You can also set it up to private when you don't want to be followed. The only issue that I found with both these apps is that it takes a good while to refresh the location if you are on the move.

There is an app called "Glympse", which you can send via text or email your travel. The app is free, and it also opens on your internet browser. However, you can only track up 4 hours at a time.
