• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Bert's Canyon Ride CA.

Yesterday I went on the Bert's Mega Mall canyon ride. I know this may not seem like a lot of Spyders to some, but I have never seen 65 Spyders in one place before.

This was a great ride and the people are just awesome!

Very nice...

Largest group I've seen was when we met up with some other Mainers last summer. I think there were five Spyders and a GW.

That it was..!!

for a one day ryde it was a great group. Most of our club rydes with large turnouts are in the teens. This was well done leaving in four groups through some pretty amazing roads up to crystal lake. We all rode back at will to an italian feast. It was a great ryde without a glitch anywhere and our San Diego group of 12 or so rode up together some 120 miles to ride in this canyon cruise. A great bunch of people...congrats to the fine folks at Bert's Mega Mall...:2thumbs:

OK how did I miss talking to you Chupaca?
Met TicketBait and a few others I had not met before but forgot you were going to be there!

Not getting around much (me that is), 66 roadsters with many double up makes for a real crowd. I should have moved around a bit more..!! Will have to make a point of it at the next event we hit together...

Was hoping to meet SpyderLover MRH, but the folks I ran up to that had a canary yellowRt, asking are you MRH? said no, theres was a 2013 btw, so difficult for me to tell the model years apart :D

We were fortunate to have beautiful blue skies in the mountains.

In the photo below Ron, the Owner of Bert's is telling us how to navigate back to his place for lunch.

Funny thing we had desert before lunch :roflblack: as he was passing out brownies to all who made it to Crystal Lake cafe.:2thumbs:

Thanks Chupaca, let me echo what finless said earlier, wished I had met you, We should have
some way of seeking other SpyderLovers out, maybe at the next Canyon
Cruise we can ask everyone, to step up to the microphone and state there
Spyderlovers handle and their ride. It was great seeing Pincusion, Desert Spyder,
pacog1943, scottyb and other SpyderLovers!

Sorry I couldn't make it, but my business takes up most of my weekends. I'd love to get together with you for a ride if you'd like.
