There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

You Know..... Call me crazy or what ever but.... why in hell would anyone risk their life
doing that? I see the reports of people falling off Half Dome in Yosemite all the time I have been there
about a zillion times looking up at people there trying it out and having to be rescued.
I will stick with something safe like motorcycle riding.

It's not just Yosemite. We live out here in Las Vegas (near Red Rocks, where this was filmed). We go there often and see them high up on the rocks ... and we also often see reports in the news about them falling to their deaths. At least they're dying while doing something they enjoy. Dumb as it is, it's still better than the idiots that get run over every day because their noses are in their "smart phones" and they walk right into the path of traffic. Although come to think of it, I guess those people are also dying, doing something they love ... ?
