I purchased from Ron the EBC brake rotors and pads for my RTL. Ron warned me in advance that they would need to be "tweaked" with some grinding on the hub side of the center hole. The stock BRP rotors have a 45 degree bevel on the inside of the center hole, and EBC does not machine this bevel on their rotors, which is necessary for them to seat correctly. Ron worked closely with my dealer with Emails & phone calls to make sure that the rotors would be installed correctly. I pick the Spyder up yesterday morning and put about 100 miles on it. I was very aggressive with the brakes, and all I can say is WOW! Much better braking than the OEM brakes. Even with the hassle of altering the rotors (and my dealer only charged me for 15 minutes to do this, although I know it took him much longer), it was worth the wait to have better performing brakes.
