• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I have removed and rebuilt the shocks. Top bolts are in but I cannot find when to install bottom bolts. Top of third page says don't install lower bolts at this time! But never sees to install lowers. Am I missing it. It moves right into "zeroing" the adjusters without ever mentioning the lower bolt install.

Any Help out there??
Thanks

My instructions say-
"Leave the lower end of the shock unattached at this time. Repeat this Install procedure for the other shock.
33. Install the bottom of the shock. Bolt inserts from the front and the nut attaches at the rear of the bracket. Same tightening instructions as for the upper assembly."

I update these instructions from time-to-time as customers give me suggestions that I think will help make the install easier. It appears that the last time I did this I accidentally eliminated a step. I don't know how long customers have been working around this omission, but It's fixed now!

Sorry for the hassle!

I just left my shocks hanging unbolted per the instructions :roflblack::roflblack::roflblack::roflblack::roflblack:

Shocks are done. The install went great. It seemed to be a bit of a bigger to get the top bolts out but easy otherwise. Today will ride to settle and make first adj,.

Not exactly. I had that step in. Then, during an edit, I somehow deleted that step. The interesting thing is that I've been sending these 'Missing Step' instructions out with the shock adjusters for about 4 months. Now I'm wondering how many just left the bottom attachment bolt off (Like someone else we know who will go unnamed).
