• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

bad throttle body

For what it's worth, the tech who replaced my throttle body on my 2011 RT said the first two upgrades weren't successful at eliminating the problem, but the latest and third upgrade has taken care of the problem. I was concerned about hearing that the replaced throttle body's were going bad again.

Does a Brand New out of the box RT (Like the one I,m picking up 3Oct) have to have firmware updates done before I drive off with it???:dontknow:

That should be part of the PDI when the dealer is setting it up. If it was sitting on the floor for some time, you may want to ask them to check the updates.

Not necessarily. Some dealers seem to wait until the 600 mile service. Doing it at the PDI is best.
