• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hey Coz, thanks for stop'n by today, & you could tell Teddy was HAPPY to see ya too

You don't have that bad boy hooked up yet, do ya?

I installed my bad boy on the right side (viewed from the front) in the area below the head light. I took the frunk off for eash of access and to get to the horn signal wire that I used to trigger a relay. I did not reconnect the orginal horn wire as it made the sound kinda lame, lol. There is a good write up on installing the horn in the DIYS forum. It is much louder than stock, but it has a a bit of a frieght train sound which I don't really like. That being said, it does seem to get peoples attention. I used it recently to warn a driver that did a California stop and man, did they stop quick when I hit that horn, lol. I paid around $39 for the horn at O'Riellys Auto parts about 5 months ago.

Good luck,

Randy

It was working fine until I had to really lay on it when a tractor trailer almost cut me off....it blew the fuse so I am going to hookup the relay. I bought a wiring kit from twisted throttle that will make hooking up the relay easier for $29.
