• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

So, after I installed these Fender Accent Trim pieces from BigBikeParts, I looked at the picture on the brochure and found I had placed them upside down :opps::yikes:. Blaming it on After Super Bowl Win Euphoria....(whatever). The thing is the more I look at my foolish mistake, the more I think I like it. So I thought I would take this to my Spyderlovers experts and get input. Should I crawl back to BigBikeParts and plead my stupidity to see if there is anything I can do to take these off and redo correctly or leave the way it is??????? :chat:

Looks like it meshes with the light and the angles.

The only opinion that really matters is yours! Do you like them as they are?

Thanks everyone for all your input. The back of the guys head was a little creepy, but I am going to leave them the way they are. And will be interested in seeing if anyone brings it up during the up coming riding season. My take is probably not. Will see, maybe at Spyder In The Redwoods.........

The look

If I were to meet up with you on the interstate I would not even notice. So I less your slightly anal over it leave it alone no one would ever be the wiser!

As far as I can see I think the instructions and picture are WRONG they look way better
the way you have it, leave it like that..
you get the Dave stamp of approval :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Look at it this way. If you are parked at a big event with Spyders with several of the same color, you would be able to see which bike is yours by looking at the fenders. Problem solved!
