• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Average MPG for the RT?

Milage to and from Maggie Valley ranged from 27mpg to 35mpg. Average for the entire round trip was 33.7mpg.

When I rode to Maggie Valley and back I got right at 34. Filled up today (all in town trips) and got 28.5. Not too bad for having a little more than 400 miles on it.

Normally I get about 29 mpg. Coming down the mountain from Maggie Valley we got 40 for one tank full! For the whole trip (1103.1 mi.) we averaged 30, fully loaded with the two of us.

Drove from home to San Antonio since yesterday morning. Pulling the trailer at 75 mph with strong winds have averaged about 22mpg and running 93 octane fuel. Haven't found any real gasoline in Texas. We'll be heading back north on Friday and hope to get better.

Millage may vary, A LOT

leisurely ride 2 up for most of last weekend was getting over 43mpg.
Yesterday, keeping up with a couple of friends in Porches, riding solo, may call it spirited riding, 26 MPG. Pushing that big window at 55+ :yikes: really hurts the fuel consumption, running corn-less 91 octane.

WARE IS THE BAR OF SOAP

We are getting about 25 riding 3 up (with Kiddo) and towing a stuffed popup camper. I m rather surprised we are getting that much!
