• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Went to the Progressive International Motorcycle Show and what a great display BRP/Can-Am put on. BRP provided us with free admission tickets, Can-Am hats and a presentation by the BRP regional sales manager about the 2013 Can-Am product line. They have outdone themselves this year with their product offerings and the sales booth at the show. We were able to see all the new Can-Am models and talk to the sales people. Thanks again to BRP for a great showing of the Can-Am product line.

Was there also... had a great time- seen a bunch of friends and made some new ones!!! The new ST-S is AWESOME!!!!

You sure are right about the great display. Learned a lot by hanging out there some. A good turnout of Spyder folks and it's always good to see all those super folks.

With 5 kids and 8 grandkids, you'd think they would gather together and buy me a new 2013 with those handlebars, air wings, 15 inch wheels and better shocks, etc for Christmas.
I guess I'll have to be happy with more socks and maybe a T shirt or two!!

Motorcycle show....

The Atlanta show was one of the best International MC shows I've attended....really liked the Can Am display and fellowship. The BRP and Can Am reps could not have been nicer and more helpful. Enjoyed meeting fellow SpyderLovers members, Tuck, Mark and Mary Lou Lawson, EasySpyderGA, and especially BumbleBee who is actually my neighbor right over the road at Heflin AL. Saw some beautiful Spyders both in the show and by owners attending the show. Wish I had the time and money to attend some of the others around the country. I am quite impressed with the new ST Limited but that's another story for another time.:bowdown:smoky

I thought the display for BRP was great. The turn out of Spyder owners was amazing. I'd say about 30-40, for the five hours I was there.
Thanks BRP for the nice hat and the tickets to the show.

I got to talk to many prospective future owner's of the Spyders? We'll see?

I saw and talked to a vendor there from SC that carries Tourmaster gear. No one in Atlanta, that I can find, carries their products in their stores. Saw some other interesting products as well.
If ya didn't get by there the last two days, there is always Sunday.

We talked with a lot of the usual suspects (Ga Spyder Ryders) but also got to meet a number of Spyder folks who were not aware of the SpyderLovers site.

Hopefully, we will see more of those folks sign on.

Good show but six bucks for a Bud Lite is a bit of stretch!
