Asheville Bikefest 2010

There will be a bike rally in Asheville, NC. First time I have heard of this rally. Check out www.ashevillebikefest.com It will be May 13th-16th. I see the Spyder will be one of the demo rides. BRP is a sponser. I live in Morganton, NC. That is about 45 miles away. We will be riding up daily if anyone one wants to tag along.

I lived there for the last 2 years (left Sept 1) Any excuse to go ride in that area is great! With out a dought, some of the best riding anywhere.

Can't say right now but I will say I have it on my calendar.

Dang, that is the weekend I get married..think I can convince Angie to move the wedding date..hehe. We don't leave for our honeymoon until the following Friday so I am planning a nice trip out that way so we may stop by and see ya.

Hey that is the same weekend one of my good friends is getting married too. She is having a small private ceremony in Marion (below Asheville), on the side of a road we call Buck Creek Road. It is a beautiful area where her and her finance love to hike and camp. It comes off the Parkway near Mt. Mitchell and takes you into Marion by way of Lake Tacoma. Jimmy said we are going to the rally then riding to the wedding on our bikes down Buck Creek Road. It is a very scary windy road that we love to ride. I'm sure my friend is going to love that! Since that is a rally weekend and that is a well travelled motorcycle road I'm afraid her wedding is going to be rather loud!!! OH by the way Congrats!!!! Hope you two can make it this way so we can take you out on Lake James!
