• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Are you still riding in the Northeast?

FRIDAY RIDE

Looks like a good one for tomorrow. The rain has washed the roads up here so no issue. Going to get out in the morning.

Anyone going to be around ??

One more time!

Getting psyched for one more ride this weekend. No planned ride, wherever the wind takes me. Unbelievable weather this year.

I just hope we don't get snow in April, because that is when spyder comes out of hibernation.

Only 3 more months to go, WOHOO!!! come on Spring. Deanna

Mid to high 60s In SE PA this weekend. I'll be escorting the Army / Navy football to Lincoln Financial field tomorrow. Meeting the cadets in Blue Bell and riding with them on the last leg of the run from West Point. My poor Harley buddies will have to ride ahead to rest the clutch hand. Not me! If you happen to be in Center City Philly tomorrow, we will be the ones going 7 MPH down Broad street. You can't miss us.

Then I'll get some miles in before the rain comes Monday. :doorag:

Rode yesterday & the day before( Thurs. & Fri.) Did a Snowball Express mission today so I didn't ride, had to leave the house early & it was 30 degrees out.

We had probably our last group ride today with BlueByou, Ed Derosia, and several others along Rt 97 Delaware River to Callicoon where we met up with Bob Denman for Lunch at the Brewery.

The town was having a Christmas festival which added to this fine day. A little sprinkles on the way home was the only glitch.

Today looks promising

Had too many errands to get done yesterday along with the overcast temps, no spyder. Today is supposed to be a bit warmer and sunnier so we are crossing our fingers for at least a lunchtime ride, maybe dinner if we're lucky.

Thanks for including me; even if I was in a Cage for the day! :D

tire

Running a Kumho Ecstatic AST and has transformed the bikes handling in so many ways.

Paul, I got 5,820 miles out of my Kenda rear tire, I am now running General Altimax RT 43 on the rear of my spyder. What kind of rear tire are you running on the rear of your spyder?
Happy Holidays to you and yours!
Be safe, and Be Seen out there.

yesterday's ride

My wife and I headed out at 10 am, we hit the coast rd in Hampton NH and headed north. Took rt.1A out of Kittery Maine into Ogunquit then hopped on rt.1 up to Biddeford Pool. Not much to do in this very small coastal town but the views are well worth the ride. Temp stayed around 60 but it sure got cool on the way home when the sun went down. Ones has to love heated gear I say.
We ended up with 6 hrs in the saddle and 168 miles on the ticker. We sure hope we can squeeze in few more rides. I ride locally until the salt hits the roads, not good for the toys as you know.
Be well and stay safe out there.

Last one

Took the last ride around the Sacandaga yesterday. Got home, changed oil and filters, now I'm ready to go again but not till springtime. I love the late and early rides because everyone you meet, no matter what they ride, will give a big friendly wave.
