• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. Hill City

70’s here Tues and Wed. Going to have to get some good rides in.

You have a GREAT place to ryde. Visited there a few years ago . Stayed in Hill City for 5 days and explored from there. I'm off to Home Depot for important " stuff" May take the long way home.

We had 50's and sunny all day today.

Tommorow rain all day, and a cold front coming thru :banghead:.

74 and sunny with little wind. Saw lots of bikes on the road. 135 miles total, to Sturgis and Deadwood down 385 to Iron Mt. rd via Old Hill City Rd. Back home on Playhouse and S. Rockerville rd. Deadwood was pretty dead with the casinos being closed.

Roller-Coaster April

:coffee: YES, April has been a very busy Ryde.
The temperature has been up and down for weeks. :banghead:
Just waiting for May.

Enjoy your day. .....

Today I had 2 inches of white fungus( snow).:gaah:

An other cold weather night temps in the 20's, hurry up hot weather! Off topic: So the virus gets killed!

Back on topic tomorrow the temps in the 50's and sunny! So I can ride!

Maybe the nice weather we had the last couple days is headed your way. Put on about 220 miles in two days, I do like spring!

Mid 90s for the next couple of days then going to triple digits for the foreseeable future. Getting too hot to ride here in the desert. Our comfortable riding season is coming to an end. It seems like we have to have house heat on one day and suddenly need to switch to cold air conditioning the next. Such is life in the desert SW. But, we do have superb riding weather for most of the year..... Jim

Today the we have sunny weather, the temps in the 50's.

Send the nice weather this way to the north east.

I had enough of this cold weather!

I am ready for spring, Summer.

Oldgoat, I am just north of Toronto and have done short runs (80-100km a day for the past few weeks whenever it isn't raining. Seeing almost as many bikes on the road as cars (only Spyder so far though!). I think Quebec's rules during the Plague are somewhat stricter than Ontario's are... here as long as you aren't travelling in groups (stopping in groups actually) and realize nothing but grocery stores and gas stations are open, riding seems okay. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!!

Rainy Days

:coffee: Weather People have been saying more rain for the weekend. I guess we need it.
Today high of 65 ° and clouds.
Saturday high of 56° with all day Rain.
Sunday high of 61° and more rain.
Enjoy your weekend and stay safe. .....

80’s starting to make their way here. With things starting to open up and gas prices down I see some good rides happening this week...

We did about 100 miles yesterday. Roads still mostly untraveled. We did see more motorcycles than we have seen on one day all season though. Saw one group of 20 or so parked at a rest area. Then...mostly singles.

Another sunny, and 70's day. Temps are supposed to creep up as the week progresses.

The authorities are talking about starting to re-open some of the restaurants and other businesses. They are talking social distancing and capacity limits. We are going to wait and see before jumping into the fray.

The main town nearest us has a population of 12K. So on a busy day...it is still not to bad, crowdwise.

Today the weather here in Vermont was cloudy, 40's and rain.

Tuesday partly sunny 50's.

Wednesday party sunny's 60's.

Thursday Thru Sunday: Rain, & 60's.

I can't ride on Wednesday, life happens!

Hurry up Summer!
