• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Let me start by saying I thought there was a bit of elaboration about how people would ask questions and stare. I thought there was a bit on the spyder just because people loved there ride.....WELL..............

You were all right and I APOLOGIZE......

Got my bike yesterday...wound up with over 100 miles on it first day...what can I say...had people asking questions and watching....LOL....what a blast and the conditions were horrible...high wind just ahead of a nasty storm....what a first day....first time.....:firstplace:

Awesome!!! :congrats:

:congrats: now if you ryde 100 miles a day - your smile will stay just as wide. Have fun and be safe. :2thumbs: :ohyea:

Actually the questions and attention are growing rapidly along with BRP newer commercials and our presence in the national biker community......:congrats: on your new ride

No apologies are needed.. :2thumbs: I'm glad to hear that the weather only made the day more memorable! :thumbup: Now it'll only get better! :D
Did your 16 year old come around yet??

Don't worry about him; when ours was that age we swore that killing him was a viable option... :shocked: As he got some age to him (now 24...) he started to realize that I wasn't the dumbest S.O.B. to ever draw a breath.
(Now if my Missus would learn that lesson! :D)
In the meantime keep dropping the Spyder brochure (RS side up) on him...

Isn't it fun?? All those questions (and there will be lots more!!!) will require you to learn more about your Spyder than you ever thought possible.
Now you know one of the reasons for the
ROCKSTAR t-shirt:roflblack: :ohyea::roflblack: :ohyea::roflblack:

I get as many questions about the Spyder now as I did over 3 years ago when I first rode her home.

Enjoy your new toy and hope to see you on the road.

Happy Spydering!!!!!!!!!!

:agree:and since BRP is showing more commercials on TV I seem to get more people asking about the :spyder2:. Comments like " I've only seen it on TV, never in person " then they want to know all about it.;) :2excited:

I got far more questions on my 2009 SE 5 then I get on my 2011 RTS Limited. I think it maybe because the :spyder2: is getting more popular :dontknow:
