No need to take anything out... just plug laptop into PC V...... get new trim data from Autotune and have it apply it to PC V tables. Easy as that. It can adjust trims up to 20% with auto-tune. Just plug in after every few rides and let it do it's thing.
One way to test to make sure the Auto Tune is reading data is to hook up laptop while bike is running.... you should be able to see the live AFR numbers from the autotune sensor.. they'll change as you hit the throttle, etc....
truth, and its really easy to do, you can also adjust your a/f , save it and go back if you don't like the trims, I ride in -40F in the winter and 110f in the summer and once you adjust the trims you don't have to do ****. My SE5 shifts better than it EVER has when I put the PC5 with the single autotune.
