There are a few people on facebook with the Carolina spyder riders and triangle spyders that have purchased and had service done with them. I have been using Triangle Cycles in Durham. Both places (Triangle cycles and Brewers) tried to tear me a new one when I went to purchase my spyder, so I had to buy from a dealer in Texas and have it shipped here. But since then, I have established a good relationship with Triangle Cycles service department and am very happy. Good luck with Brewers, a good relationship with the service dept. is more important than the sales department, and I have found out that sometimes they have nothing to do with one another.

I have had good experiences with the service at Triangle too. I was just wondering about Brewer. I rode by there yesterday just to check them out.

Yes. I have. Very good service. I suggest you make an appointment before going out. I find that works very well. All of the folks there are very friendly and helpful. I purchased my F3S from them last year. In fact, I got a call from the salesman yesterday to see how things were going.

We have a very loyal Service Dept following - many won't let anyone else touch their Spyder but us.
