• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anyone found/installed Kuryakyn Grips on their Spyder?

I'm wanting to put a set of Kuryakyn ISO grips on my RT. I was at my local dealer yesterday - the parts guy couldn't find a pair designed for my RT. He suggested I reach out to the Spyder Lovers group for advice. Has anyone found/installed these on your Spyder?

I have the clamshell grips by Kuryakyn and I really like them. No more cramped hands. They were a little tricky to install, I soaped them up with 409 like Lamonster recommended to help them slip over the stock grips. I had to use the Dremel on the paddle shifter so that it would clear the new grips when downshifting. You can still feel the hear when the grips are turned on, it's just a little longer to reach your fingers than the stock grips. I also have the black grip ends too. Love them!
