• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I just got this notice. Has anyone else gotten it.
I have a 2022 F3-L

Dear BRP Customer,

An important safety recall has been issued for your Can-Am vehicle VIN# 3JB2GEG49KJ002263

BRP is sending you this notice in accordance with the applicable laws. BRP is conducting a safety recall.

Please consult the details by visiting the online recall information found here: Front Fenders Electrical Harnesses May Be Loose - Potential Loss of Power

The Ryker had a recall about the front fender wiring harness a while back. I got the notice but I put the blinker lights in for the wife's bike so the problem has been self-resolved.

I have a 2023 F3 LTD Special Series.

I was at the dealership today,( off topic, I asked them about my sway bar/ and links) and asked them if there was any recalls on my spyder. They said "NO" there isn't any. If there was I would have gotten a letter.

Well, DW. That VIN you posted, according to NHTSA, comes back to a 2019 Ryker with an incomplete recall. Is there any reason why BRP thinks that you are the owner? If it is a total mistake, or if you used to be the owner but not anymore, the letter tells you what to do if you received that letter by mistake.

I received a reminder to have my front sprocket replaced yesterday. Had it done a couple of months ago:banghead:
BRP doesn't know if it's uncle is an aunt or he just likes dresses.

I received a recall notice from BRP this week for the 2022 Ryker Sport that I owned last year. It's for the front fender wiring harnesses. My Ryker's was improperly installed from the factory. I happened to notice it by accident when I removed the front fenders. The right side harness was almost worn through the wiring insulator. I had it fixed under warranty last year. I'm surprised it took them this long to issue the recall. I hope the recall issues instructions to dealers to properly inspect the harnesses. I was a bit miffed that they missed it during their assembly process but at least it was fixed under warranty. They had to install an entire new harness.
