Any tips on Signature Light Module Box Installation? (2023 F3-S)

I'm installing the OEM Signature light. I have access to the pigtail (nice job hiding that one Can-Am!) and the light is physically installed.

The kit came with a bracket for the module, and I have that figured out.

I also believe I know where this goes, but the negative battery cable is pinned to this area. Also making it hard to get to, is the metal frame/structure with the mounting holes for the screws, it is right where the suspension arms are. I cannot reach the location from the suspension side, big hands, bad back.

It also seems I need to remove the battery to make access easier but need to consider what items stored in memory (ie. clock, linked devices, trip meters, etc.) I will lose by removing the battery.

In my younger years, this would have been a 30-minute install. So far, I've spent over 5 hours on this... mostly trying to get in there to find things! :banghead:

Anyone have a few tips they can share?

These Signature Light things have been around for a while now, and as a result, most of the questions you might have will already have been answered &/or discussed at length in earlier threads if you look for them. :thumbup:

To do that, just type 'Signature Light' into the Search Field up towards the Top Right corner of the page; click the 'Search Titles Only' check box in the drop-down list that'll come up below the Search Field; submit the Search - just click on the little magnifying glass to the Right of the Search field; and when the results page paints up, check out the thread titles to chose & read those that look most applicable to what you're after. :thumbup:

I did that before I posted. None of the 23 threads gave any real detail regarding how to effectively install the module.
