There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Any takers to Car wash your Spyder?

My wife and I were discussing automatic car washes and I had a thought. Someone could drive the Spyder through a car wash in rain gear and helmet just to see what the automatic system would do. They measure the car before starting, it might give the whole damn thing fits. Any takers?

I am sure the car wash owners will not let you go through the wash. You will not be protected with just a rain suit. How will you handle the rollers, slapping strips, pressurized water, etc.
But, if you decide to do it and are allowed to please, please record it for posterity.

I really hope that you're joking? I read this to my wife, and she wants to know if you've been smoking weed this morning? Wake and bake?

Have you ever looked inside one of those automatic car washes?

What's in the middle, between the two tracks?

If you were to drive your three wheeled Spyder into the bay, where does the rear tire go?

Right.

Go for it and let us know how it comes out. He**, maybe you're on to something here that no one's had the courage to try. LOL

Forget the carwash, just tape up the sleeves of the rainsuit to your gloves, and tape the rain pants legs to your boots, then ride through the next tropical storm that comes through. You are not going to stay dry, but if you can keep most of the wind out, you can stay fairly warm. When you pull the tape off and remove the rainsuit, all your clothes, boots, and everything will be soaking wet.

If you duct tape your sleeves and ankles over boots and gloves, make sure you have someone to help you remove the tape when you need to break out of your rain suit. I didn't. An experience worthy of Candid Camera.......

Fold the last 6 inches of the duct tape back on itself and you got a handle when you get ready to rip it loose. It will come right off. I used to do it all the time.

Yup. A lesson I learned the hard way, on a wet, dark night with my house keys inside my wet rain suit. No one around and unable to get to my keys. Happened back in the 60s after spending a day riding dirt bike. Muddy, wet, slippery, I remember laughing at myself.

I was replying to the OP but since you answered...

Around here, all the automatic car washes have tracks to guide the tires and, in the middle, between the two tracks on either side are pipes, lines, hoses and the like. No place for a third middle rear tire to go.
