There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.
Any suggestions on what to use to adjust springs?

What are you riding....F3, RT,......Would like to make it softer...ride alot of country road complete with patches and potholes

What modifications have been made to spyder?
If this is a brand new spyder, there have been reports of the air spring suspension arm switch being disconnected, air bag overinflated (F3L,RT)
Tire pressure’s definitely contribute to a harsh or too soft ride.

You can buy a shock spring wrench at any motorcycle shop or Cycle Gear.com, Rivzella, Big Bike Parts and more
This is the one I use to adjust the spring on the rear shock of the Rally. Its a stock spanner wrench and it works best using a 3/8 ratchet, theres not enough space for the larger wrenches. The front shocks are adjustable by hand. It's not really a question of " no tool to do it " .... for quite a few years now BRP stopped making springs you could adjust ie. Pre-load .... after I got into Spyders I designed a Front Shock bracket that changed the " angle " of the Shock to a more up-right position ( I did this for the original, and then the new 1330 frame design ).... the shocks had the pre-load feature and I discovered I could set it at the lowest position ( using my bracket ) and still have better control .... my design left the OEM ride height the same and the spring in it's longest position .... the ride stayed quite comfortable, but the handling was better ....
