There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

what are some suggestions for a good rear tire for 2017 RT and best size to get proper diameter tire?

I'm on the second General Altimax. Worked well for me so I bought the second one. Go to the search box and type rear tire. Get ready to read until you starve

I've been recommending the Vredestein Quatrac 5, ( available in 205/60 and 205/65 -15 )and lots of folks here have bought them …. A few years ago I really liked the Altimax ( and still do ) however, tires advance in technology all the time ….. now my first choice is the Q-5 … it is better than the Altimax ….. good luck … Mike :ohyea:

We have sold and installed quite a few of the Yokohama S-Drive tires for the rear. (Now the Yokohama Advan Fleva) Lots of very happy customers with this high quality tire.

Common diameters are OE 225/50R15, slightly larger diameter but narrower 205/60R15, recently mentioned 205/65R15, and the 215/60R15 which is larger and just very slightly narrower. I'm running the 205/60R15 and it does well. You will be very satisfied with any of the common tires mentioned in the threads. Depending on your choices you may run a different brand rear than on the fronts.

I am also on my 2nd General Altimax RT 43 ( I have a 2014 RTS-SE6).

It also has "replace Tire" in the tire, 3 different places in the tire, so it tells you when to replace the tire.

:coffee: Yes, Three good choices for your Spyder rear tire.

I would Not recommend getting a OEM (Kendra).
Good Luck on your Mission.....

Dunlop Direzza DZ102 205/55/15 UTQG 460 AA Tire Rack $114.62. 18,500 on my 2016 RTL and still have perhaps 2K left. Diameter is 23.9” which makes it same diameter as OEM 225/50/15..
