• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Any one using Nolan N COM helmet unit? Can you help, mine won't switch on?

Hi. Is anyone using the Nolan N Com Bluetooth in-helmet unit.
Fitted mine mine to my Nolan 1005 flip up helmet on Saturday, but it won't switch on.

I have charged the battery and get a blue flashing light.
I then un-plug the charger, press the On button, but get nothing, and I can't find it on the phone.

So I'm wondering if any one else has this unit and can help,
before I take it out of the helmet and send it back.

Per Google:
To turn on a Nolan N-Com communication system, press and hold the Center Button and the (+) Button simultaneously for 1 second

That sounds like sort of the Sena I have on my helmet, tricky sometimes wearing gloves.

My control pad on N COM does not have a + sign, just an Up v and Down V a Red U in the middle.

However, I have sent it back for exchange or my money back, posted it today.

Now my helmet's in bits.
