• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Any news from Murphy Brown?

Wow..!!

She posted yesterday but didn't mention anything..that looks really scary..:yikes::yikes: hope she is in a different area..:pray:

 Wow! I hope that she's nowhere near all of that...
Does anybody have a phone number for her? It might not be a bad idea to give her a call...

I've been emailing with her. I asked how things were there a couple days ago and this was her response:
Chelan as far as fire all is good...very very smokey. Fred & Cathy area not affected other than with the smoke.

Yep that is the one

[/QUOTE All is fine with me...but that is the fire that ran down the hill and came across to within 100 ft of my property. Thanks to the firefighters, friends and family everything was OK at my home. Everything (old unoccupied structures burned). My house is in the middle of 4 acres that I keep totally irrigated and green....there is still alot of fuel in my area but the fire has "moved" north and raising hell up there. Thank you so much for asking. Smoke is still thick...definitely limiting my ryding in it...:yikes:

We were in Alaska from the end of June thru early July(14 days). The smoke in Fairbanks was unbelievable for us city folks.you could see it and taste it. There were severe air quality warnings up everywhere. We didn't see any fires. I can't imagine what MB is living thru right now. Probably no power, unless there's a generator powering the house .
Every night the National News has a segment on the fires. Millions of acres have been burnes, a lot of houses burned to the ground, and firefighters have been killed. Your Spyderlover family is glad to know that you are OK.
