• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Any horror movie fans out there?

Ever since I put the Up-and-Out Mirror Extensions on my Spyder, whenever I look at it from the front, I can't avoid seeing this.

I just hope nobody takes a flamethrower to my ryde...

Very interesting analogy.
If I may offer an unsolicited opinon, that movie was closer to the original written story than the first move, nevertheless, I enjoyed the first one better. I think it was the snappy dialogue and of course, the late James Arness.

Just my opinion, I could be wrong.

No, not wrong at all, one can like them both for what they are (I do!)

Horror Movie

You gotta be :cus: kiddin!!! :D Sorry - had to say that!!! Love both movies equally. Did you hear they're making a prequel of the '82 movie? Takes place 3 days before the chase. Might be amusing - then again, might suck!!!

I was sooo tempted to run with that quote, heh.

Yup, know all about the prequel set in the Norwegian camp. Doubt they'll ever be able to match the great cast from 1982-- who casts ugly old character actors as horror leads anymore?-- and I'm sure it'll replace the wonderful (and wonderfully disgusting) practical effects with too much CGI. Plus, let's be honest, we all know how the prequel has to end (duh).

Anyway, one thing I know about my Spyder: with the amount of heat it throws off, it ain't ever freezing in a block of ice. :joke:

I beleive you have the movie THEM! 1954 starring James Arness and
TARANTULA 1955 starring John Agar...THEM! was ANTS, TARANTULA was
SPYDER.. There was sort of a remake similar to THEM! years later can't recall year EMPIRE OF THE ANTS........Sci Fi Buff........
