• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I was working in the garage and sliped between the can am and FZ1 and the antena broke on the can am. Has anyone seen a better antena that will flex more than the stock one? I should have moved some bikes, but with 5 of them and a car it gets tight.

Does anybody happen to know the manufacturer and model on that one? Mine also broke.

I snapped mine as well 3 weeks ago on a short overnight trip.I saw a Walmart found the $10 aerial black all rubber for approx $10 in the automotive section.Installed looks and works great.Did not look who made it.

I use the Walmart one also. I believe it is made by Scosche and runs $8.99.

I like to put flags on my antenna & the rubber versions don't work. The Kwelmetal (ESI??) shorty is much better than stock in all ways, and is perfect for my flags.

works!

Thanks for the tip, got one at Wally world today and put it on. We could get all the same stations as before.
Should not be an issue when we ride the hill country as we have XM Raidio for trips. Jim
