• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Another seat question,

I have finally installed my new seat and I only have one question, On my stock RT -S seat there is a harness for the heat and the passenger detection sensor. I just built my solo seat and in doing so I had to cut up the pan where the sensor mounted, I had to fiberglass the pan to add some strength back to the pan, do I need to reconnect the harness . I don't need the heat in the summer nor will it ever have a passenger . You tech guys what you think.....

Can you simply plug the sensor in to the harness, and tuck it in somewhere underneath your seat?
(I think that if you just leave it unplugged: you'll get some error messages...)

Hi Bob

Hi there, I have two seats. I just installed the solo seat and left the other intact . There is no room to attach the part that mounts on the seat. I had to fiberglass the bottom of the pan flat to make it fit. the solo seat sits 5inchs further back. some one may know more. thanks..

Try leaving it unplugged: I believe that your bike will throw codes...
(Plugging it back in will allow them to clear, so no harm is done!)
