Which way is the adjusting nut turned to tighten the parking brake? I've gone clockwise and counterclockwise and there is no difference. I know the next step is the adjustment at the parking brake lever.
Does the lever have to be taken off or just loosened and turned in a clockwise direction? It's kind of confusing because I just read a post where someone said to turn the lever clockwise and then remove and reposition close to the stop. The service manual says to remove the lever and turn the actuator. Just trying to clear things up before I dig in.
The service manual also mentions jacking up the rear of the spyder when adjusting the parking brake. Is this necessary?
Thanks
