• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I hope I have placed this in the correct forum. I tell my friends to "please ride 'em safely". And I have told my son-n-law the same thing many times. No matter how safe we try to be there is always someone out there not paying attention. My son-n-law was riding home from work about 6 pm yesterday on the interstate near Burleson/Dallas/Fort Worth and was broad sided by someone changing lanes without looking first... seems the cell phone was more important than a human life. Any way he is in the trauma center there with many broken bones and a bleeder in the left side of his brain. Prognosis at this time unknown. Please help me pray for him, his wife, my daughter and is two children Katie 9 and Sean 6. Thanks for all prayers and please know they are appreciated and once again "please ride 'em safely". This has been one tough day for our family. Ken krb1945

I will be praying for your family. I wish your son-in-law the very best and a speedy recovery.

Prayers for your son-in-law, you and your daughter, and your entire family. A terrible time for you all.

Prayers sent. I'm believing God for wisdom and skill in the doctors and nurses that are treating him, supernatural healing in his body and comfort for the family.

The prayers are worth it, my near death experience on 2 wheels is one year ago this weekend(Aug 8th). God really escorted me through that and worked with me every day keeping me inspired to excecise my brain out of the hematoma and contusion along with all the physical trauma. People at work are still a little shocked between my condition after accident and now. This 40yr old is going on 18.

I'm sorry to hear this .... Best wishes to your Son-in-Law and Family.

I hate to see people driving while on the cell phone.
California passed the law forcing hands free devices while driving, but it has had no effect as far as I can tell. I often see people with the ear piece in their ear and then they are holding the microphone or sometimes even the phone up to their mouth....NO call is worth someones life!

Our prayers and best wishes for your son-in-law and the whole family. Asking God to see you through this difficult time.

Adding my prayers to those already sent. I've had several close calls because people's cell phone calls were more important than driving and the safety of everyone around them.

Keep us posted.
