• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

And another video of the Ryker by Shawn smoke

Not riding for a while, but when stopped and not touching the throttle, just letting it idle, looks like after 4 or 5 minutes, it will shut itself off.

So the automatic shutdown feature after idling for a while, what's that for?

Not sure about the Ryker but the same engine in the snowmobiles has this feature as well. 2 reasons, more environmentally friendly and prevents overheating. The largest issue in the snowmobile being overheating. Sleds are cooled by snow hitting the heat exchangers in the tunnel. If your idling and not moving no snow is hitting the exchangers so the engine will overheat if it idles too long without movement through the snow.
