There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. I have heard the following from three separate reliable sources that Lamont was called in for liver transplant surgery yesterday.

The current information says the surgery was completed and that Lamont is now in ICU. He is doing well as can be expected.

Our thoughts and   go out to him and Joan.

He's fortunate. Let's hope his good fortune continues.

Wishing Lamont the very, very best in his recovery.

Just as an aside. One of my daughters, a couple years ago, got part of her sister's liver, live liver donor. With siblings the chance of rejection were supposed to be less likely. The liver must not have gotten the message. It rejected twice in the first year. She was warned ahead time the first year would be the toughest. In any case, it seems to have been smooth sailing since. She is now a nurse and a transplant coordinator at a hospital.

Joan has posted that the transplant took place and Lamont is recovering well in ICU. The are a couple of “technical difficulties” as you would expect from an operation of this magnitude, but the doctors are very happy with his progress.
