:2thumbs: We will be there Thurs ,Fri and Saturday hopefully with our 2011 RTS limited . We are in for a ride again this year if you are putting something together.

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

As star cruiser said, canada street is the main drag and there are 50 motels in town. I stayed at the lake side many years ago, nothing fancy, but comfortable and walking distance to all the action. I will be at Lake George RV Park, about 3 miles south of town with Pieoriafirefighter with the wifes and probably Roger. Book early.

Americade group ride 2011
Ok, I have spoken with Scott Walker from BRP and they have no plans for a group ride again this year so I will get a group ride together again this year. It will either be wed. or thurs. This years group ride will be in the Adirondacks. Please feel free to respond on with day you would prefer. I will keep everyone posted here.

Wednesday I'm going to the rodeo at 5:30 and Thursday going to fashion show at 6:30 and comedy show at 8:00. So either day is good for me as long as we are back before then.
I can't wait to meet up with more spyderlovers.

Looking forward to Americade since we didnt go to spyderfest because of the weather issues. My group isnt available thursday as we are doing the VT Covered Bridges tour......So we would prefer Wednesday for your ride. We enjoyed the ride you put on last year very much!

Thanks Shawn, The group ride will be on Wednesday and it will take us to the top of Whiteface Mt. and ending up in Warrensburg and planning on being back around 5PM. More details to come. Are you guys going on an americade tour for the covered bridges or running last years ride. We are looking at Mt. Washington on thursday with a weather day on Friday. It will be a long day, 5.5 hours each way. This needs to be a hardy group.

Not Sure where we got the owner said that they would try to put spyder owners near each other. As long as they know who is a spyder owner. Do they know you are a spyder owner? I may call them to make sure they are putting us near each other.
As for the camper/trailer. I have ramps that go on the side. So I drive the spyder up the ramps and move it around on the deck till i get it straight. The do the same to get it back off. Doesn't take too long to do it and it looks really cool too.

Spoke with Scott Walker from BRP yesterday and it appears now they will be doing a ride at Americade on thursday the 9th of june and riding into Vermont with a similar ride that we did last year. He said he would post on the BRP site we he knew some more details. I am still making plans to go to White Face Mt. on wednesday and soon I will lay out the details here.

Hey ron i don't know how i missed it but i went back in this thread today and saw some great pictures from last years ride from ken tompkins and spyderdude990 Yes i do have the videos i will try to get them posted. I will also do a little research for more points of interest for our ride this year and will get back to you about it. thanks buddy.

Hey Rnet how are you ? Great ride last year,even with the rain. We are not getting in until lunch time on Wed. If you put together a ride on Thurs we are in. Not a big fan of large group rides so will stay away from the BRP ride .
