• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I am slightly older than dirt, and ride an RT with no fancy shocks and no fancy seat (although I have nothing against those things), basically a stock Spyder. Yesterday I rode home from MV - 600 miles in 11 hours. then I unpacked and 30 minutes later took the Beagle for an exercise walk and this morning I am headed out to the gym.. On my two wheelers a similar ride 20 years ago would have left me virtually crippled today.. I continue to be amazed by the quality of the :spyder2: ryde and handling. IT IS A GREAT RYDE!!!!!!!

 ...I'm not that old yet! I'm just a bit older than my teeth! :roflblack:

Well, I outlasted my teeth by 16 years, but not quite as old as dirt. We have the 2010 RT BareBone. We like it just like it is. Nothing against anyone adding luxuries to their Spyders, but after all, this is a motorcycle by definition (it has an engine and less than 4 wheels). We never expected any motorcycle we have owned over the years to ride like Benz, so maybe that's why we are easily pleased. We ride to enjoy the ride, smell the roses. We give thanks for being so blessed to have this ability and leave the major complaints to those who just can't be satisfied.
