There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. Alignment time - got a Surprise on the bill!

I bought my 2024 F3S from Louisiana Power Sports in Bossier City LA. After 2700 miles, I noticed that the handlebar was between 3 & 5 deg. off when going straight. The left bar would be ahead of the right. Perhaps I was just unaware of the offset or, I had hit a pothole, and it shifted. (I don't know) In any event, I took the bike in to have the front end aligned. Today, I went to pick it up and was prepared to fork over BIG BUCKS as maint. is $135.00 per hour.
Got the bill with $0.00 due. Surprised! You bet. Asked about it to be sure and was told there was no charge since I bought the bike from them and It "could have been" off since I got it.
To say I am very satisfied and in the future will give them any business needed is a given.
I am one happy camper.

Well, that is definitely a wonderful surprise. I have been able to get special deals for my Spyder.
Every Dealer has the power to make things happen.
Some just don't. Thankfully some are very happy to serve you.

Well do remember it a 2024, and still under warranty, I took my 2024 RT in for the 3000 mile service, and had them check the alignment, and is was a warranty charge of $0.00.

My dealer is falling behind in the customer service/satisfaction category. Because of the forum, I realized my Spyder (2023, bought Nov. 2023 - so under warranty) has a belt that is out of alignment/out of spec. I had to argue with the dealer to cover it. I had less than 100 miles on it when they inspected it.

I now have a handlebar vibration. Alignment should have been checked like my belt - before it was sold to me. I have no confidence they will consider tire balance/bad tires or alignment warranty issues.

They wanted to put the belt alignment off until the 3000K check; and to charge me for the adjustment. I was told BRP would not cover belt alignment under warranty. They said that would "eat the cost" (.60 hours) only after I said stated "so you're telling me that it's "buyer beware" when I buy a new and I should have caught it and made it a condition of purchase?" I'm not sure they get my business for the 3k check at this point. I need to look at what's done and ask some hard questions - mostly who else in my area can do such critical tasks.

Consider yourself lucky your dealer cares.
