• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Airhawk cushion on ST

Seat cushion.

Anyone put an Airhawk cushion on an ST?

Only one size available and seems much bigger than the stock and/or comfort seat.

Bought mine at a Harley dealer. $99.00. Comes with a built in hand pump. Works better with lower air pressure.

You have way too much air in that thing.
The least amount of air in it the better it will be.
You need to sit in it not on top of it.

That was when I first put it on the bike.

I sat on it and adjusted it later.

First ride wasn't overly impressed. :(

May have still had too much air in it, it seemed to be kinda floaty.

Keep it low

I started using mine last year, on a ST seat. Works pretty good . I keep it almost flat.

Give them a try. Most of the people that have them don't like them at first. Less air better ride.:yes::yes:

I bought one just a few weeks ago and I don't care for it. Like i read in a few posts if you ride with it almost flat its better well if that's the case memory foam should work better. If anyone wants one i will sell mine for $75 send me an IM and its yours. I think I'm just going to spend the money on the comfort seat, my dealer is checking on if I can return it if I don't like it .

Second ride w mine and still not impressed. :(

Took a little more air out.

This thing is supposed to have airflow to make it more comfortable, how do you have airflow when it's almost flat?

Not sure whether to try it w more air or get my money back. :(

I'm glad I didn't order one, now that I've seen all these negative comments about it. Sorry you guys wasted your money.

Pam, it's really something you have to try and see if it works for you. Mine has made a tremendous difference in how long I can spend in the saddle; not sure I would have made it to Spyderfest and back without mine. And my monthly commutes from New Jersey to Virginia are much more enjoyable.

Everybody's tush is shaped differently. Your mileage will definitely vary.

:agree: But before I spend over a hundred bucks on a cushion, I want to know that I really need it. I'm going on a 2,200 mile 4 day trip in a couple of weeks, and that should give me my answer.
